Sales Support Administrator

Alexander Knight are currently seeking a full-time Sales Order Processor & Customer Support to join one of its established clients based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team who are part of an expanding business and need support for their current New Business Developers. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
A salary of between £20,000 & £25,000 + commission is being offered depending on experience.
- Managing & organising fuel orders
- Updating stock levels
- Communicating with suppliers & customers
- Liaising with management and other sales team members
- Managing & maintaining supply chain
- Producing monthly sales figures
**Skills**:
- Excellent Excel skills from data entry, basic formula an analytical skills.
- Brilliant communication skills to talk with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Ability to work in a busy and reactive environment
- A positive and thorough approach to work
The office is based in Halifax town centre and there is also free parking available.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
