Our Market leading client based in Elland; Halifax are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their growing business. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are a quick learner, this could be ideal career path for you.
You would be working within a small team to assist with Sales Admin duties and provide Customer Support You must have a strong Customer Service background and be confident to speak with customers regarding quotes.
The roles duties-- Speak with customers regarding their orders and quotes.
- Liaising with fabrication and other internal departments to be able to advise customers correctly.
- Deal with Customer enquiries such as updating customers on manufacture lead times.
- Resolve queries and complaints
Benefits-- A starting salary of 21,400
- Free parking on site
- A 5% bonus scheme
- Auto enrolment pension
- 30 days holiday (which will increase to 35 with extended service)
Please note this role is to work on site.
