**Office Manager/Administrator**
The Role: Office Manager/Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Take room bookings for site and provide any relevant paperwork where necessary (written confirmations, direction leaflets, etc.).
- Oversee the organisation and facilitation of catering during company events.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and multimedia equipment, etc. to ensure smooth office operations.
- Opening and distributing incoming post and deliveries accordingly.
- Franking outgoing letters and deliver to post-office.
- Ensure premises are prepared for each working day.
- Liaise with colleagues (including those in other offices) to ensure processes are completed properly.
- Keeping up to date financial records and supplying data and evidence to relevant departments across the business.
- Being a Health & Safety champion for the site (attend quarterly meetings, maintain records where appropriate).
- Maintain IT equipment logs and liaise with the IT Team when required.
- Arrange social functions and charity fundraising.
- General secretarial duties
**Experience and skills**:
- General administrative experience
- Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail.
- The ability to work well within a team environment and manage your own workload.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and general financial procedures
- A proactive attitude
