**Transport Co-ordinator/Planner**
**Salary**: £22k - £25k+ DOE
**Hours**: Monday to Friday (Full Time working hours)
**Location**: Halifax, West Yorkshire

Our client is looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and not afraid to be adaptable across the work force. This role will be ideal for someone who is able to offer excellent customer service, and provide the customer with an informative and efficientjourney, at all times.
**Key duties of the Transport Planner**:

- Speaking and dealing with companies (B2B) to arrange and confirm delivery details of our products. - Managing and maintaining stock levels.
- Updating the information on the online systems.
- You will also be liaising with our fleet of engineers to plan the best type of delivery which may be a tail lift service, moffett or hiab vehicle.
- Organising a team of engineers and efficiently managing their workload.
**Key Competencies of the Transport Planner**:

- Assisting with general admin, scheduling, and planning where possible.
- Good Communication skills communicating with people of all levels.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Based within commutable distance to Halifax.
