Executive Assistant

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **Executive Assistant** to join our fast-growing International **business** based in **Letchworth**.
This role will be based in our Letchworth office three days a week, with the remaining days working from home. However, this may be adjusted depending on work requirements.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a **vital role **in supporting the business through significant change and growth. You will **provide essential administrative and organisational support** to both the Chairman and MD, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communications.
To truly thrive, you must be a **self-starter** who can **work independently** with little management; this role will suit someone who is happy to **learn new skills** and is prepared to **delve into the detail** and present **solutions **to the business.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Manage and maintain the Chairman and MD's diaries, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, insuring Chairman and MD have everything they need for their meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and MD and other departments and clients.
- Provide support for sales administration, including creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintaining sales records, and preparing sales report and keeping CRM up to date.
- Looking after and maintaining SAP system
- Responsible for planning and executing adhoc projects assigned by the Chairman and MD. This may include conducting research, gathering data, coordinating with different departments.
- Office Management, overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Must haves**
- **Proven experience** as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives
- **Excellent organisational and time-management skills**, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong **attention to detail** and accuracy.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office,** particularly PowerPoint and excel
