**Job Title: Business Operations Executive**

**Employment**: Full Time
**Location**: Letchworth / hybrid

**Overview**:

- Provide comprehensive support to the team and stakeholders in executing SFAG services, encompassing courses, products, and nurse assignments.
- Foster open communication and professionalism while catering to the diverse needs of clients, facilitating bookings, and nurturing business growth collaboratively.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with trainers/nurses and clients for seamless booking processes.
- Manage relationships with customers, venues, trainers, nurses, and learners, ensuring timely dispatch of paperwork and training packs.
- Maintain training records, update course and trainer information on the Learning Management System.
- Prepare training classrooms and off-site venues, develop and disseminate training materials.
- Oversee compliance with policies and best practices, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
- Handle payroll processes, address payroll-related inquiries, and administer payroll-related policies & procedures.
- Provide local payroll data & information to relevant teams, contribute to business development efforts.

**Essential/Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Meticulous attention to detail, agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a high-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, along with calm and professional phone manners.
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative or relevant position is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a positive outlook.
- Tech-savvy with commercial acumen.
