Then Norton Way Honda have a new opportunity waiting for youAs a leading New and Used Car dealership, we are looking for a helpful and enthusiastic Progress Chaser to join our growing sales team, based in Letchworth Garden City, 5 minutes from the town centre, with excellent transport links.The main purpose of the role is to ensure all vehicles are displayed correctly and ensure sold vehicles are prepped and ready for a seamless delivery to our customers. Vehicles must be prepared to the highest possible standards and our customer lead delivery times are met or exceeded. A passion for the motor industry is a must as is the desire to deliver customer excellence.**Location**: Norton Way Group, London Road, Woolmer Green, Hertfordshire S3 6JB
- **Hours**: 45 Hours per week, Monday to Friday**Salary**: Meets National Minimum Wage**What you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring that the delivery process operates efficiently and to the highest possible standards
- Assist with photo shoots when required
- Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, security and display standards of the Sales Department and demonstrator vehicles
- Monitor all orders and preparation work to ensure that they are completed by the times required and to report any likely delays to the Sales Executive or Sales Manager as early as possible
- Check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented procedures

**What we need from you**:

- A full UK driving licence is essential
- The role will ideally suit someone with aftersales knowledge or previous experience of working within a motor dealership environment
- Proficient IT skills inc. Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge
- Strong Organiser and the ability to follow strict processes
- High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Flexible team worker
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
