We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Therapies Admin team, as a Directorate Secretary - specifically supporting the Therapies Business Unit admin team.

**Full time**: 37.5 hours per week.

- To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative services to the Directorate.
- To maintain and manage electronic diaries.
- To be a key communication link between departments and to arrange meetings, collate and distribute papers, reports, prepare agendas etc. and take minutes as required.
- To undertake tasks relating to HR and personnel administration including areas such as recruitment, ESR forms, Health Roster, mandatory training and appraisal.
- To maintain and manage effective, up-to-date filing systems.
- To prioritise paperwork for the directorate as required.
- To effectively liaise with Directors’ secretaries, Service Directors, Consultant Staff, Senior Staff, Service Managers, external organisations and Trust Board members.
- Assist in managing the Procurement requirements of the directorate, including placing orders, matching invoices to delivery notes, liaising with Finance where necessary and dealing with queries.
