Position Overview:

As a key member of the Vice-Chancellor's Office, you will play a vital role in the Development, Alumni & Campaigns Office as an Executive Officer for Advancement.

Salary:
Competitive salary starting at £37,099 per annum, with potential increments based on experience and skills, reaching up to £44,263 per annum.

Role Summary:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as we prepare for our upcoming major fundraising initiative. We are seeking a skilled professional who is aligned with our vision and committed to enhancing the future of the University of East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Director in managing a portfolio of prospects and donors.
2. Organize and participate in exclusive meetings and events with significant external supporters, both domestically and internationally.
3. Act as the secretary and liaison for our newly established international Alumni Board(s) and future Campaign Board, assisting the Director and Vice Chancellor in global advancement efforts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent relevant experience in relationship management. You should demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and customer service skills, while effectively managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.

This full-time position is offered on an indefinite basis.
