Headway Norfolk and Waveney is a dynamic and impactful organisation dedicated to empowering brain injury survivors and their families. As CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction, inspire a passionate team, and drive meaningful change in the community.

The successful candidate will provide strategic vision and leadership to the operation and development of Headway Norfolk and Waveney, ensuring that the charitable purposes are followed and the organisation delivers the charitable benefit set out in the strategy.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working at both management and strategic level, ideally within the charitable sector. They will have a proven track record of implementing an organisation's strategic vision, managing a substantial budget, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

The CEO will be responsible for working with the Chair to enable the Trustees to fulfil their duties and legal and other responsibilities for the proper governance of Headway Norfolk and Waveney. They will also ensure that the Board receives advice, recommendations, and information in an effective, thorough, and timely manner.
