Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cybersecurity Officer to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our cyber security strategy, ensuring the protection of our systems, data, and customers from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy to protect Aviva's systems, data, and customers
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of our cyber security strategy
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure the alignment of our cyber security strategy with the overall business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and technologies to ensure the continued effectiveness of our cyber security strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of security professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts, principles, and practices

  • A competitive salary between £100,000 - £130,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
