As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to maximize resources and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure effective financial control and risk management

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with broad finance experience and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong technical expertise in finance reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • Circa £46,000 salary with 8% employer pension contribution
