**Head of Acquisition**

Location: dmg:media Headquarters - London

**Job Introduction**

**Main Responsibilities**

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing acquisition strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of acquisition efforts with product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management:

- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns to acquire new customers/readers to our products.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Analyse data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Implement testing and other analytical methods to continuously improve acquisition efforts.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance acquisition efforts and extend the reach of the brand.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of print/digital media industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Reporting and Communication:

- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing acquisition efforts.
- Communicate key insights, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with the print/digital media landscape and understanding of current marketing trends.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively to meet business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and emerging opportunities.
