**Location**: Basingstoke - office based

**Contract**: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week

**Responsibilities**

As a Billing Administrator, you’ll be working within the facilities management team, supporting the operational and office-based teams working on the contracts.

Your day to day will include:

- Creating invoice packs, downloading worksheets, invoices & back-up documentation
- Looking into queries submitted by the client, assisting with loading credit purchase agreements
- Adhoc tasks to assist in other areas of the business as and when required

- You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
