We’re looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team working with our Wiltshire County Council & London Fire contracts. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.
**Location**: Basingstoke - office based
**Contract**: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week
**Responsibilities**
As a Billing Administrator, you’ll be working within the facilities management team, supporting the operational and office-based teams working on the contracts.
Your day to day will include:
- Creating invoice packs, downloading worksheets, invoices & back-up documentation
- Looking into queries submitted by the client, assisting with loading credit purchase agreements
- Adhoc tasks to assist in other areas of the business as and when required

- You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You can work in a fast moving, timebound environment
- You have experience working in an office environment, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
