We're seeking a skilled Commercial Billing Administrator to join our Finance team at Kier Group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Commercial Billing Administrator, you'll be working closely with our Finance Team to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**

  • Creating and processing invoices and applications
  • Preparing and sending invoice packs, downloading worksheets, and backing up documentation
  • Investigating client queries and assisting with loading credit purchase agreements

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Experience working in an office setting, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
