About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator for the Structures Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio, which includes new and replacement bridges, access for all, structural refurbishments, and retaining structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including the development of work package plans and task briefing sheets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including the implementation of safe systems of work.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, including the development of safety, quality, and environmental plans.
  • Assist in the management of project documentation, including the maintenance of project records and the preparation of project reports.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and tenders, including the preparation of technical and commercial documents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project coordination and management. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
