Customer Administrator Assistant

**Full Job Description**
We are recruiting for a part-time Customer Admin Assistant to join our team in Swindon.
Likeskin is an online store curating the best of Korean and Japanese beauty products including skincare, makeup and haircare. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service, have great organisational skills and can work well under pressure.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deal with order queries and liaise with shipping courier
- Confidently handle customer complaints with friendly customer service
- Work well independently and also within a team
- Communicate with packing team to ensure all orders are shipped out within allocated timeframes
- Manage order returns
- Other ad-hoc tasks such as checking stock etc.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
MUST HAVE:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent grammar
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Keen interest or desire to learn more about the Korean/ Japanese beauty industry
- Able to work alone and use their own initiative
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: £9.50-£10.42 per hour
