**HR Systems Specialist**
**Job Type**:Full Time, Contract (5 Months Fixed Term)
**Salary**:£45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
**Location**:Boston or Grimsby
LHP are looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist who will review their adoption of the MHR People First HR and Payroll system and lead programmes to improve its operation, add new functionality and provide suitable training.
They are looking for someone with both good relationship skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to work with their HR team and different business teams to lead and co-ordinate system improvements and enhancements.
This role is flexible under their agile working policy; therefore, you will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be at home, at their offices located in Boston or Grimsby, or somewhere else in the UK

**What will I be responsible for as a HR Systems Specialist?**
- Work with HR and business leads to identify ways to deliver a more consistent digital experience for all colleagues primarily by addressing a backlog of issues
- Analyse regular data inputs with a view to synchronising People First with other systems to reduce the number of inputs
- Identify new functionality requirements, for example around onboarding and performance management, and work with their third-party supplier to implement new features and process changes in line with testing protocols
- Work alongside their in-house Digital and Performance teams to assess data reporting and recommend appropriate solutions - the postholder will ensure they comply with GDPR regulations, data protection legislation and digital security best practice
- Translate key processes into practical learning materials and commission suitable training for both HR professionals and key business leads
**What skills, knowledge and experience will I need for a HR Systems Specialist?**
- A background in HR digital systems and processes to support managers and colleagues across the full employee lifecycle, including benefits, performance and development
- Sound project management experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and translate system improvement ideas into reality, with a focus on test and learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle situations with appropriate care and compassion, and provide accurate and valuable solutions with an eye for details
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team with a diverse set of expertise and interests
- A minimum of two year’s experience in a similar role
