Job Title: HR Administrator

**Salary**: £21,000 pro rata
Location: Bradley, Grimsby
Contract: 6 month FTC (potential to go Permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience working as an Administrator
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Highly competent with Microsoft packages

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the recruitment process by dealing with the onboarding process for new starters.
- First point of contact for HR related queries through the company website / inbox.
- Ensuring right to work documents, references and DBS checks are complete prior to start date.
- Managing holiday / leave requests.
- Welcoming new starters and supporting with the induction process.
- Supporting senior members of staff.
- Maintaining the company database.
- Arranging and booking HR meetings.
