**Role Purpose**:
Reporting into the HR department, this role is to support with the administrative function of the HR & LD department, primary focus will be supporting the recruitment side of the department. This role will be **MONDAY- FRIDAY, 10AM - 2 PM**. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, problem solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Weekly recruitment process end to end.
- Right to work checks for all new starters, weekly and salary.
- Induction support as needed.
- Support the salaried recruitment process as the HR representative in interviews.
- Support and implement an annual schedule to include jobs fairs, open days, college visits etc. to promote the site as a local employer of choice
- To review ‘Job on a page’ or Role Profiles with managers to ensure these are up to date.
- Role profile creation support for managers in advert creation support for managers.
- Additional administration duties across the HR function.

**Knowledge Skills & Experience**:

- Preferably CIPD L3 qualified or WILLING TO WORK TOWARDS
- Experience of working in recruitment/Hr departments desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.79 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
