HR Business Transformation Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-impact HR leadership role with MacGregor Black, driving meaningful cultural change in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can navigate complex employee relations challenges while fostering trust and engagement in a diverse workforce.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in partnering with site leadership to deliver high-impact HR solutions, including developing and implementing tailored People Plans, overseeing workforce structure optimization, and managing complex ER cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a People Plan to support the site's transformation and align with business strategies.
- Oversee initiatives to optimize workforce structure and align pay and grading systems.
- Manage complex ER cases with a focus on compliance, fairness, and operational needs.
- Build trust and accountability across the workforce by addressing challenges in mindset and behaviors.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and upskill employees through training programs.
- Drive transition from agency-based staffing to a stable salaried workforce.
- Collaborate with site leadership to improve ways of working and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive HR experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Proven success in managing complex employee relations and driving cultural change.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change projects, particularly those involving workforce transitions and process improvements.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR policy implementation.
