**Transport Administrator**
A new opportunity has arisen at Bayram Timber Ltd for a Transport Administrator.
We are part of the UK’s largest forestry and timber business, BSW Group, and a member of Binderholz - Europe’s leading timber processing operation.
At BSW Group we manage tree nurseries, cultivate forests, process logs, and produce a range of sustainable timber products and biofuels for an array of UK markets.

Ideally, we would like someone with
- experience of working in an office environment as a team.
- high levels of accuracy and efficiency in their work.
- proficiency in using MS Excel and Word.
- attention to detail when producing reports and logging data
- organise their own workload to meet deadlines and assist others in organising theirs
The role entails:
- Management of booking in of transport for inbound stock
- Providing an efficient and professional administration service to ‘internal’
- Carry out data inputting duties as and when required.
- Work closely and at all levels with operations (warehouse, procurement, production line and transport) and finance/administration colleagues.
- Central point of contact for all transport queries
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of inbound and outbound loads.
- Support the warehouse/transport function in respect of outbound movement of stock.
- Booking transport with the nominated hauliers
- Effectively communicating to 3rd party transport companies.
The salary range for this role is between £20,500 - £21,500 depending on your experience.
