**Our client is a leading global producer of industrial minerals,** **founded in 1884 in Switzerland, they have a global presence extending to more than 160 locations in over 50 countries with 9,000 employees.**

They are now looking for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join the team in Melton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company with development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their root cause and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training to employees on health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Maintain records of all health, safety, and environmental activities.
- Schedule daily and monthly HSE meetings/trainings and schedule as needed.
- Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Ferriby, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- admin within engineering: 3 years (preferred)
