On behalf of our client we are seeking temporary support for their Risk and Assurance team. This is a temporary role for 3 months whilst they recruit the role permanently.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Governance Manager with maintaining the risk and control environment.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Administering the company risk registers and drafting related reports.
- Recording risk materialisations and fraud reports, including following-up on the status of remedial actions as required.
- Coordinating the internal audit programme via a third-party provider, including following-up on the status of audit recommendations.
- Coordinating the annual reporting process on internal controls.
- Coordinating the review of departmental disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Coordinating the delivery of Subject Access Requests, including gathering and preparing materials for dispatch
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**The Person**

For this role our client is looking for someone who is an experienced Administrator ideally has some project administration experience and ideally risk and audit too.

They are looking for someone who can:

- Able to maintain records accurately with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Able to build relationships at different operational levels and with third parties.
- Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong integrity and personal values.
- Genuine empathy with the purpose of housing associations and care providers and their customers.
- Experience working within a risk management, control, or compliance environments
- An understanding of data protection/GDPR regulation ideal but not essential

North Somerset + hybrid working

**Salary**

£13.85 (£27k)

**Hours**:
37.5 hours Monday - Friday
