Job Overview
Hays Business Support is seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Support Professional to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote products or services to generate sales by explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs.
  • Follow up on potential leads and maintain relationships to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
