Customer Service and Administration Apprentice

**An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Administration Apprentice to undertake all duties supporting the team at Alexis Filters. This is a brilliant chance for someone to gain vital experience and learn how a full business operates.**:
This will be a varied role allowing you to learn all aspects of the business, you will be working with a supportive and friendly team who are all full of experts.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supporting the Customer service and accounts team on a day-to-day basis
- Ordering supplies (stationary, packaging, office ancillaries etc)
- Checking and reporting on supply status of parts
- Filing electronic/paper
- Book keeping tasks (invoice entry)
- Use of company systems and accounts software (Sage and CRM)
- Data input into the CRM system
- Quotations on the CRM system
- Screening telephone calls
- Customer service with new clients, i.e. feedback and testimonial requests
- Updating social media sites and responding to queries
- Assisting in other departments, including the warehouse, to provide a varied job role
- Any other related duties
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- IT literate (MS Office)
- High level of accuracy
- Smart, professional, business like appearance
- Good standard of numeracy & literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good customer service
- Confident dealing with people
- Good attention to detail
