**About The Role**:

You'll join the Hyundai Customer Contact Centre Team, as a **Mocean Customer Executive** on a **Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).**

**What you will be doing**:

- Engage with your customers
- Achieve individual and department KPI’s and quality measures
- Build and update product and process knowledge
- Build relationships with the retailers involving them in all matters relating to their customers
- Liaising with Tilbury/Dealerships/HCCC Mocean team
- Processing third party provider invoices
- Demonstrate strong levels of quality on all interactions across all channels, demonstrating expectations through all training and documentation
- Demonstrate the ability to provide flexibility in order to support both the business and line manager if required
- Assume other tasks upon reasonable request to support business needs with high quality outputs

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer service environment involving complete ownership for the customer.

A positive telephone manner is therefore essential for this role along with excellent keyboard and admin skills to ensure accuracy with all customers. There will be occasions where you will have to handle and resolve conflict effectively, so you must be confident enough to take control of difficult situations to reach a positive outcome.
