The shift requirements will fall within our opening hours of **Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00. Working 35hrs per week.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Have a real desire to engage with your customer
- Achieve individual and department KPI’s and quality measures
- Build and update product and process knowledge
- Build relationships with the retailers involving them in all matters relating to their customers
- Liaising with Tilbury/Dealerships/HCCC Mocean team
- Processing third party provider invoices
- Demonstrate strong levels of quality on all interactions across all channels, demonstrating expectations through all training and documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide flexibility in order to support both the business and line manager if required.
- Assume other tasks upon reasonable request to support business needs with high quality outputs

Write and deliver best practice sessions, and product/sales training to the team. All training material to be aligned to Hyundai Brand

Submit and manage relationship with BPA (external quality company) for calls and written submission, and share the results with the team. Work with the Team Managers to highlight any performance issues that may need addressing, and capture their needs forindividual colleague training and coaching

Assume other tasks upon reasonable request to support business needs with high quality outputs. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer service environment involving complete ownership for the customer.

A positive telephone manner is therefore essential for this role along with excellent keyboard and admin skills to ensure accuracy with all customers. There will be occasions where you will have to handle and resolve conflict effectively, so you must beconfident enough to take control of difficult situations to reach a positive outcome.
