The alternate week (non induction week) there can be flexibility on working days and some home working.

Role will incorporate and utilise lived experience and clinical focus into the induction, ensuring the Key Threads of the programme are maintained

Provide professional senior facilitation which inspires, motivates, and empowers Trust employees attending induction.

To design, deliver and evaluate values-based development programmes that transfers into workplace practice and increases team and individual performance.

To ensure the smooth implementation and achievement of the Induction.

Develop a robust list of speakers, ensuring they meet the training objective and suitability for training

To assess trainer/speaker and content, providing feedback from delegates and own observations on style, method and trainer skills.

Ensure that best and evidence-based practice is incorporated into training to improve patient care/customer service.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with multi professional colleagues within the Trust and externally.

Participate in team, professional and personal development activities and promote a commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.

To formulate and organise complex activities and programmes which may require adjustment g. change of dates, speakers, venues, content or purpose of program

To represent our trust to variety of stakeholders internal and external where there maybe barrier to understanding or reluctance to engage.

Deliver induction on a multidisciplinary basis involving a variety of training methods, media and styles tailored to suit staff audiences at all levels.

To contribute to the overall Training and Development Model, service planning and development.

Work with the Trust Senior leadership teams to support development of clear fit for purpose training requirements to meet good patient care outcomes.

To evaluate the effectiveness and efficacy of the induction.

Support the team and work across the Trust to champion Education pathways, training resources, promoting good clinical care through the delivery of up to date and clinically relevant training.

Human Resources and Training

Design, develop, deliver, evaluate Induction as a major job requirement.
