Our client, a close-knit and friendly IT team, is seeking a skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join their ranks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training programs that improve employee technical skills and support the IT Director with various tasks. Your duties will include identifying IT training needs, designing and maintaining training materials, and delivering the IT Induction program for new starters. You will also contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IT packages such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows, strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent attention to detail and confidentiality. A working knowledge of legal software applications is desirable. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for IT training and process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Work Location: In person, contracted office with ability to travel to other regional offices when required.
