At Vertu Mercedes Benz of Slough we are looking for a Service Administrator to join the team
We are offering a basic salary of £27,959.36 with an OTE of £31,459.36 plus great company benefits
The general duties of the role:
- Producing Work order for upcoming appointments
- Daily banking - Assisting the accounts department with the service payments
- Administration of Loan car charges
- Calling customers and helping with queries
- Filling and general administration
In addition to this, it will involve maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department and updating estimated costs of repairs by following the vehicle health check process.
You will also prepare all jobs for invoicing, and assist Service Advisors with administration duties as and when required.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial as well as experience using Kerridge.
