Responsibilities lay under a number of areas..

**Administration**:

- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Show customers around the showroom
- Perform project based admin work
- Perform other admin tasks as needed
- Oversee customer journey to ensure smooth completion of their order.

**Marketing**:

- Create/update web pages & develop opportunities.
- Design and proof-read advertisements for online & magazine distribution.
- Assist with customer enquiries using online chat platform.
- Maintain showroom to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven strong experience in administration/operations roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the KBB industry would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience with EQ software would be preferred but is not essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and take initiative whilst working in a customer focussed, fast-paced environment is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,683.00 per year
