Job Description

The Business Support Administrator will play a vital role in facilitating the activities of the management team, ensuring the effective and efficient running of CAF Rolling Stock UK Limited. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain the company travel system, administer ieDOC process, and manage the corporate Taxi account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical administrative support across the business, including production of reports for functional and cross-functional meetings, travel, accommodation, and meeting bookings.
  • Support the creation, evolution, and deployment of the business strategy, working closely with the COO and management team.
  • Maintain accurate diaries for the COO and management team, arranging meetings and meeting rooms to support business needs.
  • Facilitate the development and deployment of the communications plan, coordinating COO's company briefings and preparing PowerPoint presentations from provided information.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint. They must be able to understand complex topics, determine key agreements, actions, and owners, and produce coherent, concise notes for all parties.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
