**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR **
You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A first-class multi tasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary. A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO **

The Operations Coordinator will:
Handle all enquiries promptly, efficiently and effectively
Attend and contribute to departmental and Resort meetings as requested
Produces reports as requested to support the making of business-related decisions/and as requested by the Director Food & Beverage and Executive Chefs
Make restaurant bookings on the lobby booking desk.
Call guests to make dinner reservations.
Contact the guests regarding their large table enquiries and bookings.
Review the Outlet covers across the booking platforms and POS systems to ensure Covers balance, with variances reported.
To assist with the input of purchases into the Expenses Budget tracker.
Respond to feedback on resdiary, Tripadvisor and ReviewPro.
Complete and update the management rota
Maintain an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Senior Management Team.
Help and supporting Senior Managers to deliver all Celtic Manor Owned Events
