The Role

Reporting to the Manager, our team members play a pivotal part in the success of the business whatever their role. It’s all about creating a collaborative, high performing team and delivering the best service to our guests, whilst ensuring the pub is profitable, pleasant and safe.

It takes a great team to deliver a memorable experience through exceptional food. As a part of this team you will;
- Demonstrate a strong hands on work ethic and be part of a fantastic environment for the team to work in
- Be a supportive and collaborative team member, helping all areas of the business to work effectively to achieve a successful operation
- Be supported in your performance by your Manager through regular one to ones and coaching, ensuring you understand your goals
- Attend and contribute to team meetings

**Guest**

Working within our team, you will enable us to deliver excellent memorable service to each and every one of our guests. You will;
- Have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast paced environment, working efficiently with the team
- Be an expert in our menus, and food and drink is served consistently in line with our Service Standards
- Enthusiastic about creating great memories for our guests by adding little touches to enhance their visit, along with recommending the perfect drink or side to complement their choices
- Support in maintaining a spotless pub
- Ensure any queries or complaints are solved swiftly with guests feeling fully satisfied

**Business**
- Take pride in everything you do - from setting tables, to cleaning the bar
- Able to multi task and ready to adapt when priorities change
- A brand ambassador for the business at all time
- Follow guidance from the Manager around Stock management
- Proactive in spotting and highlighting issues and areas for improvement
