House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused House Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential estate.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our homeowners, enabling them to maintain their independence and enjoy their retirement living experience. This will involve coordinating events, managing community relationships, and providing support and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming new homeowners and supporting their transition into their new home
- Providing a professional front-of-house service, dealing with visitors, and responding to homeowner inquiries
- Collaborating with partners and suppliers to ensure the efficient operation of the estate
- Managing the development and maintenance of the estate's gardens and grounds
- Facilitating social interaction and community engagement among homeowners
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or community setting
- A professional approach with high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
