About the role:
The service delivery function provides a wide and growing range of digital services (network, cyber security and cloud) to Jisc members and customers, overseeing all activities throughout the service lifecycle: presales, onboarding, delivery, service configuration, and in-life service management.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of bespoke and complex customer solutions, across Jisc’s connectivity, cyber security and cloud service portfolios. You will have the opportunity to work with variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

- Work with the Service Onboarding team to ensure seamless interaction between the relevant delivery functions, ensuring the team have the most up to date information on live projects and are able to provide high quality and seamless customer experience
- Forensically tracking project and programme expenditure and income, reporting into programmes and portfolios as required, and working within agreed budgetary constraints

Key Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrable experience working directly with customers at different levels, understanding their needs and translating into actions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Some project delivery experience in a digital environment would be desirable
