**Delivery Coordinator**

**Salary £24,500**

**Permanent**

**Remote in East / West Midlands with regular London Travel required**

The NCS Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of high-quality, safe and impactful NCS away-from-home experiences for 15 - 17 year old participants. If you like spinning plates, and owning a process, this one’s for you.

You’ll be required to work collaboratively with the rest of your delivery Team colleagues to meet all contractual requirements, design curriculum and content, support seasonal workforce teams, deliver residential programmes, and engage directly with young people and their families.

Whilst this post is mainly remote you will be making regular travel during parts of the year to London.

**Duties will include**:

- To plan and generate curriculums, session materials and resources for multiple NCS programmes within the appropriate geographical locations.
- To ensure all young people are included within curriculum activity to the greatest extent possible by considering universal design in all programme and session planning, generating Individual Support Plans, and making reasonable adjustments
- Follow safeguarding, incident, information governance, health and safety, and risk assessment protocol as per training and guidance and ensuring workforce and partners deliver a safe, engaging and rewarding programme
- To support the recruitment, onboarding and training of a competent seasonal workforce

**You will need to**:

- Have an excellent understanding of the NCS programme
- Display strong leadership managing seasonal staff placing into internal roles.
