Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, patients, and vendors

Note: Experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
