**About The Role**:
Due to the continued expansion of the business, an exciting new position has arisen for a Data Administrator to come and join the Finance team at the Sunbelt Rentals support centre in Warrington.

As a Data Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the pricing manager with preparing pricing information, supporting pricing strategy, providing value-add data and analysis to the finance and operational communities.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- To utilise Insight (Power BI) to produce and push reports to finance and the operational business
- Provide added value analysis for the finance team and assist in preparation of performance reports
- Ad hoc analysis - e.g. lapsed customers, key account performance, under-performing asset classes
- Analyse and maintain target pricing/rates and assess new product pricing
- Assist the bids and tenders team in the preparation of pricing and target rates
- Assist in pricing for internal and regional customers
- Analyse low utilised/low rated assets
- Assist the Pricing Manager in customer account reviews
- Upload Quote onto the system
- Assist in the maintaining on Weekly and Monthly reporting

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

- A good level of knowledge on how to use Excel (VLookup, SUMIF, Pivot Table experience ideal)
- Previous experience in a pricing role (desirable)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and analysis
- Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing.
- Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures
- An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
- A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment
- A commitment to continuous improvement, puts forward and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service levels
