As Technical and Training Administrator, in your hands, we’ll deliver 5-star technical training and get closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland.

You’ll use your excellent attention to detail and administration skills to provide administrative support to our Technical and Training team. This includes filing training documents and updating training databases, collating colleague feedback through surveys, and administration surrounding accommodation for colleagues attending training courses.

You’ll also support the Technical and Training team in ensuring our service website and training materials are accurate, that the team’s activities and successes are shared on social media, and that data on repair trends is collated and centralised.

If you have an administration background, particularly in a training or learning and development department, we want to hear from you.

This role is based at our Birchwood Training Activation Centre.
