  • Assist colleagues with tasks outside their scope, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, legislative requirements, and best practices.
  • Effectively manage work-in-progress (WIP) from creation to invoice completion and job closure.
  • Comply with Integral's environmental policies, suggesting improvements to enhance environmental efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, balancing efficiency with safety considerations.
  • Generate quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Update, upload, and verify client online systems and KPI reports.
  • Provide holiday cover for administration roles and support the Administration Supervisor in call management and general administration.
  • Record and control cylinder rentals, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, with ability to analyze and present data effectively.
