**About The Role**:

We have an exciting development opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the in-house legal department at Sunbelt Rentals. As our Legal Administrator, you will be crucial to our continued success by playing a key role in all in-house legal duties.

The role will entail:

- Provide accurate, timely, efficient and professional administrative support to the Legal Team.
- Review, assess and process requests for legal support and other communications.
- Provide assistance with commercial contract drafting, reviews, negotiation.
- Assist in dealing with data protection matters.
- Ensure that legal files are kept up to date.
- Providing support to the Legal Team when negotiating contractual terms with customers and suppliers.
- Providing support to the Legal Team when dealing with external counsel.
- Providing support to the Legal Team and developing relationships with other colleagues within the business.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days office based.

What you will need to bring to the role from day one:

- Experience in working in commercial contracts.
- Data protection knowledge (desirable).
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll take the initiative and be keen to embrace new training opportunities
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook & experience of database entry
