**About The Role**:
In this exciting new role you'll support the Talent Acquisition function with the day to day administration of the recruitment process within your defined area of responsibility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to develop a career in recruitment. We’ll provide support and coaching to help you to gain experience and develop skills to build a long term career in recruitment.

Your key duties will include:

- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Company process and legal obligations including eligibility to work in the UK
- Work in close liaison with the HR Assistants and the wider HR team to ensure value is created from all HR processes (e.g. vacancy approvals, offers and on-boarding, internal talent) and that processes and hand-offs are seamless.
- Compilation of a weekly report to ensure full visibility of all recruitment activity
- Supporting with HR systems and any general administrative tasks
- Any other duties related to the effective undertaking of the job role

Role requires traveling to different locations and also offers hybrid working

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

- Strong recruitment and administration experience, ideally within a similar role or environment or with an understanding of key recruitment elements
- Previous experience of working with an ATS
- The ability to work in a busy, customer focused department, often multi-tasking and having to prioritise tasks
- An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
- A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and the ability to problem solve
- A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role
- CIPD Qualification (Level 3 or 5) Desirable
