We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in our Facilities team, meeting, greeting and being the central point of contact for our visitors, performing facilities administration and supporting the wider facilities team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Record and maintain facilities records.
- Maintain accident records and ensure reportable incidents are reported.
- Raising work permits and collating risk assessment method statements.
- Check health and safety boards are up to date.
- Mobile Phone administration for employees, ensuring that contracts are raised and ended in a timely manner. Provide cover and assist the wider team as and when required.
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- Previous facilities or a customer service background desirable but not essential.
- A willingness to help and a team player who enjoys being part of a busy team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
This role will be based in our serviced office in Warrington 5 days per week. This is a part time role working 18.75 hours per week, potentially looking at 9am-12.45pm every day but can be flexible on start/finish time.
