We are a family-owned Bristol based shoe company who specialise in Marine & Equestrian footwear. We are looking to expand our team and hire an apprentice to study towards their level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Job Overview/ Purpose:
You will learn from our friendly experienced staff and earn whilst doing so. You will be working alongside our Administrator Manger to help with the daily running of the business by completing admin work.

Main Role:

- Assist in all financial matter including Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with the day-to-day office admin tasks
- Completing daily invoicing by using and updating digital SAGE software
- Debt Monitoring and collection
- Posting invoices and payments
- Creating monthly statements for our customers
- Processing customers’ orders, queries, and credits promptly when necessary
- Answering the phone

What you need:
Working Week:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
- with a 30-minute lunch break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
