**Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice**

As a recruitment resourcer apprentice, you will:

- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain all files and databases
- Upload CVs to various job boards
- Collate and record interview feedback
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.

To be a successful recruitment resourcer apprentice, you will need:

- Good verbal and written English skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Effective diary management and time management skills
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Pro-active and willing ‘can do attitude’
- An interest in HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees
- Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential

As a recruitment resourcer apprentice, you will receive:
