**MONDAY TO FRIDAY (ALTERNATE HALF DAY SATURDAYS)**
**£24500 - £26,000 per annum (paid breaks)**
**8am - 5pm Monday - Friday**
**8am - 2pm ALTERNATE SATURDAYS**
**KPI Recruiting are working with a local, family run business based in the heart of Sandbach. Operating out of two sites, their head office in Sandbach houses approximately 20 staff who cover the administrative, finance and driving function for thebusiness who cover the Staffordshire and Cheshire area. They have been trading for 10 years and are anexceedingly successful business who provide equipment to businesses for hireandrental.They are one of Cheshire and Staffordshire’s number one hire companies who provide fast, friendly and efficient waste removal and process over 52 weeks of the year.**
Due to ever increasing orders and expansion in their team, they ate looking for an additional administrator to join the business on a permanent basis to work alongside the team of 10.
We are looking for an experienced, IT literate and personable administrator to join our client at their site based in Sandbach.
You will be liaising with customers and other departments to make sure deliveries and collections are made on time, accurately taking details and sending correspondence both during and after service
**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;**
- **S upporting the business managers as well as the business operatives**:
- **Taking all incoming calls**:
- **Responding to customers, handling queries and processing orders**:
- **Handling queries from drivers and customers**:
- **Act as an administrative support to the wider team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed within the necessary timeframes.**
**Free parking is provided on**site along with kitchen facilities.
**8am start with the necessity to work alternative Saturday mornings - all additional hours paid on top of salary.**
YOU WILL BE;
- Experienced working in a varied administrative role
- A confident and positive character
- A Strong Communicator
- Able to multi task
- IT Literate and familiar with MS packages
- sales administration experience and advantage but not essential
**This role requires you to be able to work every other Saturday 8-2 during the winter months this is often an earlier finish
