**Office Administration Assistant (must have own transport)**
Climate Energy Group are currently looking for an exceptional, individual to provide effective logístical administrative support to the Climate Team, with a particular focus on coordinating the incident management and effective scheduling and communication of the electrical engineers, utilising the defined processes and systems. You will play an active role as part of the logistics team, ensuring that all deliverables are met.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing and Scheduling & Maintenance of Engineers and their work diaries
- engineers and their diaries
- Booking of Hotels & organising of travel itineraries
- Maintenance support for clients
- Maintaining Company Database
- Collation of Engineers Commissioning Paperwork
- Liaising with clients
- Weekly reporting
**Skills / Experience Required**
Must possess
- excellent understanding of Excel spreadsheets
- excellent understanding of Office 365 suite
- keen eye for detail and analytical skills
- Good understanding of office administration
- basic accounting knowledge (AAT)
- Professional and friendly approach
- Possess strong self-management, time management and personal organisation skills.
- confident telephone manner
- Multi-tasking skills are essential.
- The ability to work both as part of a team or alone, using own initiative.
Prior experience with the following would be beneficial
- software systems i.e. call logging and CRM systems
- General geographical skills
- Credible to liaise with all levels of the organisation, and with external clients.
- Have a flexible approach and be energetic and committed.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.
**Preferable Skills / Experience**
- NVQs or equivalent in business administration
- AAT level 1 and above qualification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
