Stock Administrator

Are you on the lookout for a new role? My client is a growing business who are leading the market within their industry, and are now looking to recruit a Stock Administrator to join their team.
They key to this role will be accuracy, with someone having a strong background and confidence with using Excel and good with numbers
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 0830-1700 & Friday 0830-1400.
This role will be starting on Monday 10th July.
The Role
- Stock Control of products across their sites, so good numeracy skills are essential.
- Input of pallet transfers
- Ensuring product codes match to deliveries
- Keeping an eye on stock numbers, putting in orders when running low/needing for another job
- Co-ordination of delivery notes with the warehouse and production staff
- Allocating PO numbers to transfer notes
- Booking in deliveries
- Booking in daily production onto the system
- Printing customer labels for pallets and transfer
- Tracking deliveries and updating customers on any transport delays
- General admin duties - using excel, outlook and internal ordering system (you will receive full training on this)
Key Skills
- Minimum of a couple of years in an admin role, you will need to have worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Great numeracy and data entry skills
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office programmes, including outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy
